Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/any Graduate with experience is preferable but freshers with good academic record can also apply
Skills:
- Deep knowledge and experience in Functional & Performance testing. Good experience in Automation testing & Manual testing
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Have hands on coding experience in a software development environment, including solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience with a functional programming language such as Haskell or another functional language would be very advantageous, but we will also consider experience with Python, Java or C#
- Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement.
- Implement steps required to improve the processes.
- Compiling and reporting server side metrics.
- Blockchain Development and crypto security experience is preferable but relevant technical experience is also considered
- Strong people management, project management, interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
